As Business Process Manager, your role will be to manage a number of key
operational projects with the aim of streamlining internal working practices.
We’re looking for someone who is a problem-solver and an effective
communicator, uniquely skilled at translating technical language into the
everyday. Detailed Knowledge of using Biblio within another Trade Publishing
Environment will be a major advantage.
This is a wide-ranging role, which involves working across many of the
different departments at Pan Macmillan. As a team of 4, we are responsible
for analysis and specification of development and improvements in business
Biblio is the core process tool within the business and we lead the company’s
induction-training programme and work to ensure that its benefits are made
evident and applicable to the end-users around the company.
We also lead the clear communication of any new releases in Biblio and
project manage the business-wide roll-out of major system changes.
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills.
Experience of leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong, effective communication skills
Experience of using Biblio is highly desired.
Knowledge of Google for Work
Experience of Trade Publishing is desired, but not essential.
This is a fixed term, maternity cover role, and will have an initial full time contract term of 12 months. This role will be based in our offices in Farringdon, London, with some flexibility to work from home each week.
Salary starting from: £40,000
