Senior Designer, Campbell
We are looking for a talented, creative and enthusiastic children’s book designer to join the Campbell design team.
The Campbell list is rich and diverse and full of all types of novelty books for children aged 0-6. This design role is ideal for someone who loves working with novelty books and has an understanding of how they work.

You will work closely with design colleagues, editorial, production and sales teams. You will be responsible for maintaining the high level of design across existing series, delivering new titles and bringing forward new ideas. You will need to have highly effective time management skills which are essential to prioritise your workload and deliver final projects on schedule.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3 years children’s book publishing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Experience of book production and the printing processes are essential
- An understanding of novelty books and how they work
