The Human Resources Department provides expertise and support in all aspects of employee care and management, working to meet the needs of the commercial objectives of the company. We work with every department in the company in the UK and internationally providing help with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, which incorporates recruitment, employee engagement, people management, learning and development and pay and reward. We are responsible for developing and implementing best practice policies and procedures and facilitating and supporting people-related initiatives, activities and projects in the company.
