The Art and Design department is a highly creative, collaborative and vibrant team. We are responsible for the development of creative solutions for the covers of all genres. 

To achieve this we source, commission and develop design, illustration and photography as well as relishing the opportunity to create work ourselves.

We're an integral part of the process for each title and work with the other teams from ideas through to a cover brief to the development of the final artwork for print
